VICKI LEMAY - MANAGING PARTNER

Vicki is the founder and managing partner of SeedBoom, LLC.  Vicki’s consultative approach and proficiency creates a constructive and organized environment that drives measurable results.

Vicki is a seasoned entrepreneur, advisor and mentor in the world of startups.  She holds a deep passion for working with other entrepreneurs to turn an idea or concept into an explosive business.   “Failure to launch” is also an area where Vicki consults businesses that need an expert to analyze, recommend and help them create a new or first time launch plan. 
Vicki has extensive expertise in Major Projects Management and Business Strategy Consulting.  Her passion for working with organizations in a consultative sales role as well as solution and strategy execution creates a valuable, cross-functional skill set.

Prior to founding SeedBoom, Vicki executed business strategy and management consulting for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Reebok, Halliburton, Nestle, Nikon, Lucent Technologies and GlaxoSmithKline.  LeMay also held roles such as Principal Project Manager and Director of Customer Success for companies such as Cambridge Technology Partners (Novell) and ISOBAR.  She also has experience in Program Management for major projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.  

Vicki lives in St. Petersburg, FL and has deep roots in the Boston area. She is a traveling foodie, fitness enthusiast and devoted sports fan.
