The problem for Jenny Lawton, a board member at ChannelWave Software, was that the company needed a new CEO to take over where the young 1st-time entrepreneurs left off.

We reached out to our network and connected with Chris Heidelberger who joined the company, raised over $60mm in new financing and then oversaw the sale of the company to DR GlobalTech, Inc.

When Ted Meekma, CEO of IMG Academies in Bradenton, FL badly needed a new website to better represent its world class athletic instruction and training programs, we connected him to Anand Pallegar and his team at website development firm @Large for a match made in heaven.

How It Works, Step-by-Step

 

Step 1: You have a need, a challenge or a gap

When we meet or speak, we discover things about how your business operates and the challenges you're facing. We pry a little bit to discover what problems you're trying to solve.  More often than not, those challenges can be solved by an introduction to a person or organization we already have a relationship with.  

Step 2: We analyze our networks to find the right person or organization

Our approach is not a sliver-bullet and make several rounds of inquiry, but good things only sometimes happen immediately.

Step 3: We reduce your risk by sharing the cost of bringing them on For a Trial Period

As business and organizational builders ourselves, we completely understand the importance of finding exactly the right type of person for your unique organization. Cultural fit is extremely important, and in many ways one of the key factors to organizational success. 

We understand that you've got to invest time and energy into anyone we introduce to you. We acknowledge that investment by sharing the risk with you.

Step 4:  if and When you’re 100% comfortable with them, you establish a partnership, hire, or retain them.

Step 5: Following the Trial Period, you make payment for our introduction services

If you retain a consultant we recommend, they pay us 20% of their consulting revenues from you.

If you hire a new employee we introduce to you, you pay us 30% of their first year’s salary.

If we introduce you to and you consummate a partnership through one of our introductions, the three of parties will make arrangements to share the resulting revenue.

Step 6: If you're satisfied, you refer someone else to us.
